In 2003 we began pursuing the use of Stephen Ministry with our congregation.  The Stephen Series is a complete system for training and organizing laypersons to provide one-to-one Christian care in and around their congregations. 

 

Stephen Ministers multiply ministry by providing high-quality care to those grieving, those who are homebound, the hospitalized, those battling loneliness or discouragement, and countless other situations in which someone is experiencing a crisis or difficult time.  The Stephen Ministers provide the benefits of ongoing, one-to-one Christian care.
